Neon One Outage History

We have identified an issue in the Neon CRM email campaign system that has slowed down its ability to send emails. This has resulted in email campaigns sending much slower than normal. We have identified the root cause of the issue and are working towards its resolution.

We are currently investigating an issue where some donation forms may display as a blank grey page. If you are experiencing this, a temporary workaround is to remove any apostrophes ( ' ) or backslashes ( \ ) from your suggested donation amount descriptions in your form settings. Admin users during login to the Arts People application are seeing a message stating, "ERROR: constraint "primary_key" for table "db_t_page_history" does not exist." Please note that the Arts People engineering team is aware of the error being surfaced and are working to resolve. In the meantime, selecting the Administrator Login button WILL bring the user into the application as expected. Please reach out to Arts People support if you are unable to get into the application after selecting Administrator Login when seeing this error.

We have isolated the issue and mitigated the affect to Payments. All charges are currently processing as expected and we are continuing to monitor as we work towards full resolution.

We've identified an issue with the Inspire WordPress website platform that is causing Event pages to display as blank. Neon CRM's text message sending partner is reporting delays for outbound toll-free SMS messaging. Neon One is engaging with the partner to restore expected timely SMS delivery. We will continue to monitor for updates.
