Getting started Add your first monitor, pick components, and understand the monitors list. →Notification groups Set up groups, add recipients, attach webhook integrations, scope per monitor, and pick which severities + event types fire. →Webhooks Reference for webhook deliveries: event types, JSON payload shape, HMAC signature verification, headers, retries, and quickstart receivers in Node, Python, and Go. →Incidents Read the incidents feed, filter by severity, and drill into monitor history. →Maintenance Tell scheduled maintenance apart from real outages, and turn the alerts off. →
Plans & billing
What's in the free plan?
5 monitors, 1 user, webhook notifications, 15 notifications / month, 30 days of incident history. Plenty for a solo dev or a small side project.
What does Premium unlock?
50 monitors, 10 users, unlimited notifications, all channels (email + webhooks), 365 days of history, priority support. $15/month.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet — coming soon. Same price point with a few months free for the commitment.
I want a plan for more than 50 monitors.
If you have a real use case for tracking hundreds of providers, get in touch. We're open to custom tiers for teams who need them.
Account
How do I change my password?
Settings → Account → Change password. You'll need your current password; we'll sign out other browsers/devices for security.
How do I delete my account?
Email us from your account address via contact and we'll wipe it within 72 hours. (Self-service deletion is on the near-term roadmap.)
How do I invite a teammate?
Premium plan only. Go to Team → Invite member, enter their email, they get a one-time link to set their password. Max 10 members on Premium.
My provider isn't in the directory.
Most likely it's a vendor whose status page we haven't adapted yet. Send us the URL via contact — typical turnaround is a few days.
Troubleshooting
A monitor shows "Partial Outage" but I see no open incident.
This can happen briefly when a vendor's feed reports a component as degraded but doesn't publish a matching incident entry. We auto-heal these after 24 hours of staleness. If you're still seeing it a day later, let us know — we can force-refresh from our side.
I added a webhook but no events are firing.
Webhook integrations need to be attached to a notification group before they fire — creating the webhook on the Integrations page is half the setup. Open Notifications, pick the group you want the webhook to ring (Default is fine), tick the integration, and click Save changes. The webhook now fires whenever the group's filters match an incident on a monitor in scope.
I'm not getting emails.
Check your spam folder first — we send via Brevo and some corporate mailers flag the first message. Confirm your email is verified under Settings → Account.
Still stuck?
Email us at [email protected] or use the contact form. We reply within one business day. For incidents affecting your ability to receive alerts, flag it as urgent in the subject line and we'll prioritize.
