Neon CRM was unable to load correctly or complete login from apx. 5:00am-1:00pm CST on June 13, 2026, for some customers with an SSL certificate (custom domain) applied to their systems. This issue has been resolved and the change creating this error was rolled back.

Admin users during login to the Arts People application are seeing a message stating, "ERROR: constraint "primary_key" for table "db_t_page_history" does not exist." Please note that the Arts People engineering team is aware of the error being surfaced and are working to resolve. In the meantime, selecting the Administrator Login button WILL bring the user into the application as expected. Please reach out to Arts People support if you are unable to get into the application after selecting Administrator Login when seeing this error.

We are currently investigating an issue causing charges to intermittently fail on Neon Pay across all applications.

We are currently investigating an issue preventing some users from accessing Neon Pay. Charging is not affected. We will provide an update as we learn more.

We have identified the issue causing API and Pay Portal timeouts and are implementing a fix. As a correction to our earlier message, some charges were not able to process due to errors initiating the session. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, and we will provide another update when the fix is in place.
