    We are currently working to address intermittent stability issues that are impacting some Contact Center Pro users where users may not be able to close and classify calls, loading customer pages, spinning wheel. Calls are continuing to connect successfully. Our engineers are currently investigating the cause. We will share updates as soon as they are available. Thank you for your patience!

    Our engineers have observed our metrics stabilize and all functionality being back to normal. Telephony function remained unaffected and fully operational during this period.
