When attempting to view the records, the message "Your store's domain registration is not complete." is presented incorrectly. This is due to an issue that our third party email service is currently experiencing. We are currently investigating an intermittent issue affecting the Premium Checkout process. Some orders are failing to display in the admin dashboard however checkout and order submission is not affected. The immediate workaround for merchants to view affected orders has been to bulk update the order with an existing payment method. Our team is actively working to diagnose and resolve the root cause of the payment method failure.

Merchants that are currently using PPCP with the setting 'Show Paypal Credit/Debit Card Fields' are experiencing issues with the credit card fields not allowing entries. We began experiencing issues with store-generated emails being dropped from the system at 11:35am Central Time. Order confirmation emails stopped sending around that time and resumed at around 1:11pm Central Time. Order notifications for orders received since 11:35am can be resent by navigating to the new order and using the dropdown for Select Email under Invoices/Shipping. Select "Invoice (To Customer)" and click "Resend Email".
