We are currently investigating an issue where some users are experiencing a “Something Went Wrong” error when navigating to the Users & Teams section in the Aircall Dashboard and selecting a specific team, which may prevent affected users from viewing or managing team details. Our Engineering team is currently investigating the root cause and working to restore normal functionality as soon as possible.

We have identified the root cause of two related issues in the Aircall Dashboard: 1. Team View: “Something Went Wrong” error when selecting a team in Users & Teams. 2. Smartflow: When editing a “Ring-To” component, it appears as blank. Our Engineering team is working to restore normal functionality and we will share an update as soon as more information is available.

A fix has been implemented for the errors when selecting a team in Users & Teams and when editing a Smartflow “Ring-To” component have been addressed. We are monitoring the Dashboard to ensure these features continue to perform as expected.
