Is Aircall down?

We are currently investigating a subset of users with connectivity issues.

The issue seems to be limited to one of the Roaming regions - Singapore. Affected users can navigate to Settings > Network Diagnosis > choose a different Roaming selection. Other regions are operating normally.

Users connected to the Singapore Roaming location have been moved to the Roaming location Japan. We are now observing improvements. Our team will continue monitoring it until full resolution is confirmed.

Our integration partner has restored services, and we have confirmed the impacted integrations are working as expected. We have reconnected the integrations that were disabled, but in some cases customers may need to reinstall them from the Aircall Dashboard. We are monitoring the results and working to backfill all impacted call data.
