Xactus Outage History

ICE is currently experiencing a service disruption impacting all Encompass Partner Connect orders. This is not a Xactus specific issue.

ICE has restored core services, but is still working to restore Encompass Partner Network as a critical priority.

Experian has confirmed an issue impacting their service. This is not specific to Xactus.

LexisNexis has confirmed they are experiencing a system outage. Service for Fraud ReportX has been restored. Credit ReportX reports that include Liens & Judgments continue to be impacted.

We have identified the issue impacting the subset of Experian orders and are working to implement the fix.

Select Undisclosed DebtX activation requests sent to Experian starting 7/1/2026 have been delayed. We are actively working with Experian to resolve this.

We have identified an issue impacting select Undisclosed DebtX activations with Experian between 6/5 and 6/7, which are currently stuck in a “pending” status. We are actively working with Experian to resolve the issue and will provide updates as they become available.

Undisclosed DebtX orders with Experian requested between 6/4 - 6/7 have been resolved. We have identified additional orders made between 6/10 - 6/12 that are stuck in a "pending" status. Orders placed since 6/12 are functioning as intended. We are continuing to work with Experian to resolve the issue and will provide updates as they become available.

We have identified an issue impacting all product ordering and return from Xactus 360. We are actively working to restore service.

In Xactus360, the option to Merge and/or Unmerge credit reports may not be displayed for some users. We are actively working to correct this. To request support with this issue, email [email protected].

We applied a fix that partially restored the options to users. We are continuing our efforts to fully resolve this.

Experian support has informed us that they are making progress with resolving the technical outage.

We are aware of a condition that is causing some products to behave unexpectedly. A fix has been identified and is currently being deployed.

The IRS is currently experiencing a system issue affecting delivery of Wage and Income transcripts when a Form 1099‑DA is included. As a result, we are unable to fulfill some 1099 related requests at this time. The IRS has not provided an estimated resolution date. To avoid further delays, orders are being completed based on the information currently available from the IRS. Should you require the 1099 after the issue is resolved, a new order will need to be submitted. We have confirmed with support personnel at Experian that they are working to resolve an outage.

We have identified the issue that was causing intermittent performance degradation in Xactus360. Product/service delivery has resumed as expected. We are continuing to monitor.
