IRS is closed today in observance of the public holiday. In the interim we are holding the transcripts so that we can evaluate the root cause and deploy a fix.

This does not affect order completion but is a side-effect of the backlog process/reading HTML5 responses from the IRS. **This will not affect new orders going forward.**

    Encompass users may experience unexpected data overwrite within the application when executing refresh reports. Initial investigation determined that the CreditReportType was changed to "Merge" in the XML Response file, which is causing Encompass to overwrite or alter existing data. Workaround: Encompass users may reissue the original report with the original merge report number and re-import the affected scores & actual Liabilities.

    Elevated response times in Xactus360 MISMO API were observed between 1:17 pm and 1:22 pm EST today. The issue subsided on its own without intervention. Xactus engineering found this to have been caused by a previously known issue with Oracle DB spool insert performance irregularities. A permanent fix for this problem is underway.
