We have observed a high frequency of errors returned while attempting to perform various functions with UPS accounts such as rating and label creation. While the error rate is elevated, it is not universally impacting all UPS accounts similarly. The following error is returned: A shipping carrier error occurred: Invalid Authentication Information The cause of this issue is being investigated.
The service provider has confirmed a restoration of functionality. Error rates have begun to fall. We are continuing to monitor to ensure a full recovery.

Effective May 22, 2026 GlobalPost’s Southern California (LAX/Cypress, CA) processing hub has temporarily suspended operations due to a local evacuation order following a chemical leak. All pickups and drop-offs in the LAX area will be delayed, and packages currently at the facility are being held.
We are aware of an issue impacting label generation for FedEx from ShipStation for certain users. We are investigating this, and will provide an update once there is additional information.

Purolator is reporting that users are experiencing a Country Code error when printing labels. The issue is under investigation on the carrier side.

Sendle has announced that all shipments have been halted as of January 11th, and any pickups pending on January 12th or later will be cancelled. Any parcels that have already been picked up and are in transit will be delivered at the discretion of the delivery partner. We recommend utilizing alternative carriers. CouriersPlease has advised that all current Sendle AU shipments are being held by CouriersPlease until further notice. We will provide a further update once we have received one from CouriersPlease around the next steps. 13/01 - CouriersPlease has advised that all Sendle consignments that are held in the CouriersPlease network will be delivered. No further pickups of Sendle consignments will occur going forward.

Canadian Carriers Canada Post: Canada Post and the CUPW have reached agreements in principle but have yet to finalize tentative collective agreements for signing. Canada Post will now only print US-bound labels if duty is prepaid or auto-billing is enabled with Zonos. We are currently working with Canada Post to support this. In the meantime, please consider alternative carriers to continue shipping to the US.
