Due to the situation in the Middle East, several carriers are either closely monitoring or adjusting their availability. UPS is closely monitoring the situation and using established contingency plans to manage its operations safely and efficiently. FedEx has resumed pickup and delivery services across the Middle East, where it is safe to do so. Customers shipping to or from the region will experience extended transit times. USPS: Specific military ZIP Codes across Europe and the Middle East are suspended temporarily for all mailing services until further notice. USPS: Export traffic to the destinations listed below is likely to be affected. We have observed a high frequency of errors returned while attempting to perform various functions with UPS accounts such as rating and label creation. While the error rate is elevated, it is not universally impacting all UPS accounts similarly. The following error is returned: A shipping carrier error occurred: Invalid Authentication Information The cause of this issue is being investigated.
