    Issue: We are currently experiencing a disruption in the Auto Order Generation (AOG) workflow, which may result in orders not being automatically created or reconciled as expected. Our engineering teams have identified the issue and are actively working on a resolution. Platform: Auto Order Generation (AOG) workflow In the meantime, we recommend the following: Manual Order Creation: If your workflow depends on timely order reconciliation, please proceed with manual order creation to ensure continuity of service. This includes reconciling studies directly within your PACS or EMR system as needed. Monitoring and Recovery: Most studies that entered the AOG workflow during the disruption have been queued and will resume processing once remediation is complete. However, any studies that failed to reconcile should be manually reviewed and processed. We understand the importance of this workflow to your operations and apologize for the inconvenience. We will provide updates as soon as the issue is fully resolved.
