    Due to intermittent connectivity issues, Microsoft has temporarily redirected some speech operations from the primary server to a secondary server on April 24, 2026 at 8:55 AM EDT to restore service availability. As a result, audio playback will be affected during this period in the following ways: - Audio created before the switchover will not be accessible while speech operations are running on the secondary server. Access to this audio will be restored once normal operations resume. For example, editors will be unable to play back audio for drafts created before the switchover during this time. - Audio created while speech operations are running on the secondary server will not be available after operations return to the primary server. For example, editors will not be able to access audio playback for drafts created during this period once normal operations resume. All other application functionality remains available. Speech operations will be switched back to the primary server outside normal business hours. A separate maintenance notice will be provided prior to this switch back. Thank you for your patience while we work to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
