Joy loyalty features — including Loyalty Hub, rewards, VIP tier benefits, and B2B account details — are now loading correctly on the new customer account page for all merchants. Some merchants reported a server error when opening the Joy Management Portal (admin). Joy Storefront, REST API, and Shopify Extensions were not affected and continued to operate normally. The issue was identified and resolved within approximately 10 minutes.

The discount redemption issue has been fully resolved. Customers can now redeem their loyalty points for discounts normally. Thank you for your patience.

What a move from Cloudflare. Classic Cloudflare. We just redirected our traffic from Cloudflare to make our storefront work again, and 2 minutes later, it got fixed, so our traffic is back to Cloudflare again. It should be working fine now. We think we will keep our storefront traffic redirected until we see green status on cloudflare's end. On 19/11/2025 morning, we switched our traffic back to cloudflare. Everything is working now.

Many of our customer cannot connect their Klaviyo account; once connected, it is disconnected again. All previous connected integrations are working properly, but the newly-integrated connection encounters this issue. We fixed this issue and merchants who could not connect need to connect again.

Our system encountered a disruption with our search functionality due to our search engine server being down. We fixed it later of the day.

This incident has been resolved. We have deployed a fix to support the Shopify Webhook API 2025-01 update. All new sign-ups are now processing correctly.

We update the new optimization for the image size to reduce payload of images as much as possible, it causes a side effect, we implement the fix shortly after. All should be working good now.

Shopify forced the migration to the new Dev Dashboard and we need to migrate to the new Shopify-managed installation flow, which is quite risky. Only 5 customers encountered this error, and we implemented the fix and rectified the plan situation.

We updated the new SDK version and then many customer reported that their loyalty page was not working. We shortly resolved after 30 minutes.

We updated our cloud function version. All other functions are fine. The admin portal cannot be loaded for 30 minutes. We implemented the fix and it should be working now.

Some customers report that their Shopify Flow trigger like Earn points, Redeem points not triggering. We have identified the issues and implemented the fixes.

Customer reports cannot click on the program to view the redeem option. Can still access the account UI, checkout UI, redeem cart inline for point redemption.

This incident has been resolved. Customer reported having 404 page access the customer details page.

Shopify encountered an issue with its API and webhooks system that was resolved in a delay in issuing points for orders, sign up, etc. Later on, Shopify fixed their issue and published pending webhooks.
