Resolved after 33 minutes, affecting Joy Management Portal and Joy Storefront and 1 more, on November 18, 2025.
What a move from Cloudflare. Classic Cloudflare. We just redirected our traffic from Cloudflare to make our storefront work again, and 2 minutes later, it got fixed, so our traffic is back to Cloudflare again. It should be working fine now. We think we will keep our storefront traffic redirected until we see green status on cloudflare's end. On 19/11/2025 morning, we switched our traffic back to cloudflare. Everything is working now.

At first, our system was not affected. Only our demo store at https://demo-comestic.joy.so/ is down. However, 3 hours after the start of the global outage, our widget at static.joy.so got affected. We are working on a way to redirect it. Other than that, our admin, webhook, APIs are working fine.
