    The deployment of the fix is still delayed by the open incident on AWS (https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status) impacting one of our upstream third party service providers. A workaround is applicable for customers experiencing the unduly failing jobs. In such a case, you can restart the job, and it will run normally, with a usual execution time, as our PIM production infrastructure is not impacted by the AWS incident. We'll continue monitoring the deployment, and provide updates as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    From 14:04 CET to 22:00 CET, the assets export feature was incorrectly limited, returning a maximum of ten assets instead of the complete dataset. This was due to a pagination issue introduced in a recent update. The problem has since been resolved, and the service is now fully operational. Important Information for Affected Users As a side effect of reverting the recent update, any export profiles that were created or updated during the incident period (14:04 CET - 22:00 CET) contain an extra fiters field in their configuration. This prevents these specific profiles from being launched or edited, resulting in a 400 error. To resolve this, please create a new export profile to resume normal operations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

All Google Cloud products used by Akeneo were fully recovered as of June 12th at 22:45 CEST (13:45 PDT). Our platform has been operating normally since June 12th at 22:30 CEST, with latency on both the PIM UI and API returning to expected levels. We continue to monitor the situation closely.
