Our team is aware that some users are receiving an "Error 404" when attempting to request Classic Payout Requests. To resolve this, please enable Two-Factor-Authentication by going to Account > Two-Factor Authentication Once Two-Factor Authentication has been enabled, you will be able to proceed with your payout request. For additional guidance and support on Two-Factor Authentication, please review our help guide here, or contact our Support Team for assistance.

Thank you for your patience while our team modified our in-product messaging to clarify Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Requirements when requesting payouts. As a reminder, you may enable 2FA by going to Account > Two-Factor Authentication If you have successfully enabled 2FA, you will be able to request your payout after verifying the authentication code. If 2FA is disabled, a warning message will be presented when attempting to access secure areas of your account. We apologize for any concern this has caused.
