Mar 16, 13:38 PDT Investigating - We're experiencing an elevated level of errors which could lead to performance impact. We are are currently looking into the issue.

    Mar 10, 23:11 PDT Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Mar 6, 20:41 PST Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Feb 23, 07:44 PST Identified - We are working to ensure all relevant IPs are properly updated. A permanent fix is scheduled to be applied by February 27, 2026. Feb 23, 07:43 PST Investigating - We have identified an issue causing intermittent connection failures between PX and Salesforce for some users. Technical Detail: Our team has found that a specific IP address used by PX is missing from some Salesforce IP allow lists. This discrepancy may result in failed syncs or authentication errors as Salesforce environment strictly enforces IP restrictions. Please email [email protected] with any questions.

Currently, the application remains offline, and we do not recommend attempting to reconnect the integration at this time. Dec 2, 09:43 PST Update - The Salesforce and Gainsight incident remains ongoing. Rest assured our teams are working around the clock to resolve the issue and restore functionality as quickly and safely as possible. In the meantime, we are preparing a workaround and steps to re-enable services.
