    The inbound and outbound emails on Conga Platform are getting delayed through our email provider. We are working with the vendor to solve the delay. We will keep you posted with further updates.

    The issue has been identified and we are on a call with the email provider. ETA is 1 hour.

    A fix has been implemented by our email provider and emails are now flowing, please expect an email delay over the next 15 minutes while it catches up. No emails would have been lost due to this issue, just a delay in processing / sending them out due to a vendors security software improperly flagging our account.
