    We have been informed by our third-party lab partner servicing the UK, One Vision Imaging (OVI), that they are currently experiencing a widespread system issue that is temporarily disrupting order processing. While your clients can still place OVI orders through Zenfolio, those orders will not be processed or produced within the normal timeframe. We are working closely with OVI to better understand the scope of the incident and the expected timeline for resolution. We will update this page as soon as additional information becomes available.
