Users are seeing a continuous “Saving your Configuration” message while attempting to save or update a quote in the configurator. The changes are not being saved and the screen does close out of this message. We are investigating this issue now.

We've identified the issue and escalated this to KBMax/Epicor with the highest priority. We will continue to work with them closely to resolve the error as quickly as possible.
