Resolved after 26 days 22 hours, affecting 888tuffshed.com / Service Connect, on September 23, 2026.
We have had reports that a quote number may not appear on the website when saving a quote, however the quote does generate and save correctly including emails out. We continue to monitor.

The team has identified the root cause of the problem and are working on implementing a fix.
