We will consider this resolved if no further impacts are observed during our monitoring period. Impact potential: • Customers may experience delays and degradation in SMS, Voice, and USSD service establishment, Data sessions, and network connectivity. • Current Data sessions are not impacted; however, there may be delays in establishing new sessions.
