    We are investigating reports that Verizon may be experiencing a potential nationwide service outage that may be causing SMS, Voice, Data service failures and degradation in North America. Our teams have engaged Verizon Technical Support to expedite recovery efforts. Impact: Some ECC (Carrier+) customers may be experiencing failures or degradation in network connectivity and Voice, SMS, Data services. Smart Connectivity services are unaffected. We will provide an update as soon as we have additional information.

Escalations have been made and the partner engaged to resolve the issue. Impact: Some Verizon ECC (Carrier+) customers may experience SMS, Voice, Data service failures and degradation in North America. Subscribers using other Semtech offerings roaming on Verizon USA may also be affected. We will provide an update as soon as we have additional information.
