    Some users may be experiencing sporadic issues using the New and Old Routific. We’re currently investigating the root cause, early signs suggest it may be related to our third party cloud service, but this is not yet confirmed. We are actively looking into it, and we’ll share another update within 30 minutes.

    Our platform is still being impacted by an ongoing outage in Google Cloud Platform. We're actively monitoring their recovery efforts and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
