    Following a recent Windows update, we are aware of an issue in Microsoft Edge that may prevent Excel files from opening when downloaded from myProtime. This issue is caused by Microsoft Edge and is not related to Protime. However we are checking what we can do on our end to mitigate this. Workarounds: - Open the file using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox - Use an InPrivate (incognito) window in Microsoft Edge - Re-run the export after changing the file extension from .xlsm to .xls - If the issue persists, please contact your internal IT department to review local security settings (firewall, GPOs, etc.) We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to monitor the situation.     We are currently experiencing an incident affecting multiple functionalities in the Visit application: Email Delivery: Visitors and hosts are not receiving emails. Access Control: The automatic validation of visitor access is not working, and manual validation attempts are also failing. Badge Printing: Some entry points encounter a 500 Internal Server Error during the final stage of the registration process, preventing badge printing. Resolution: Problem with Sendgrid mailing, where also Access got stuck. Resolved issue with our third party vendor.
