AI ALF 기능에 일시적인 문제가 발견되어 안내드립니다. 8월 28일 20시 15분 이후 신규 생성 또는 수정된 버전이 퍼블리시(공개) 된 도큐먼트 아티클 중 일부 아티클을 ALF가 참조하지 못하는 문제가 발견되었습니다. 현재 조치중이며, 복구 시 안내드리도록 하겠습니다. 이용에 불편을 드려 죄송합니다. Since August 28th, 20:15, a problem has been found where ALF cannot reference some document articles that were newly created or modified and published after the specified time. 일시적인 문제가 해결되었으며, 현재 서비스는 정상화되어 이용이 가능함을 안내드립니다. 서비스 이용에 불편을 드린 점 사과드립니다. -발생 시간: 2025. 8. 28 20:15 ~ 2025. 9. 02 22:30 -영향 범위: 2025년 8월 28일 20시 15분 ~ 2025년 9월 2일 20시 6분 사이에 수정 및 퍼블리시된 아티클을 ALF가 참조하지 못하는 이슈 -원인: 도큐먼트 버전기록 개편으로 인해 아티클의 업데이트 시점dl 변경되었으나, ALF 참조하는 업데이트 시점과 매칭되지 않아 최신 버전의 아티클을 참조하지 못하였습니다. -조치 내용: 1차 조치: 9월 2일 20시 6분 조치로, 9월 2일 20시 6분 이후 업데이트한 아티클을 정상 참조하도록 수정 하였습니다. 2차 조치: 9월 2일 22시 30분 복구 조치로 2025년 8월 28일 20시 15분 ~ 2025년 9월 2일 20시 6분 사이에 업데이트된 아티클도 모두 정상 참조하도록 수정 하였습니다. The temporary issue has been resolved, and the service is now fully operational. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. -Incident Time: 2025. 8. 28 20:15 ~ 2025. 9. 02 22:30 (KST) -Affected Scope: An issue where ALF was unable to reference some document articles that were modified and published between August 28th, 2025, 20:15 and September 2nd, 2025, 20:06 KST. -Cause: Due to a revision in the document version history, the article's update timestamp was changed. This mismatch with the update timestamp referenced by ALF prevented it from accessing the latest versions of the articles. -Resolution 1st Action (September 2nd, 20:06 KST): We implemented a fix to ensure that articles updated after September 2nd, 20:06 KST could be referenced correctly by ALF. 2nd Action (September 2nd, 22:30 KST): We have now completed the full recovery. All articles updated between August 28th, 2025, 20:15 KST and September 2nd, 2025, 20:06 KST can now be referenced by ALF.
