This is causing that the logs sent to our servers are not shown in the dashboard. No logs have been lost, they will be sent by end-user devices as soon as the API is back up. Our systems recovered automatically and the service is back up, after less than two minutes. However, the performance can be worse than usual until full recovery. We're still investigating which systems were affected and why.

We have identified the source of the incident and have pinned it down to a network maintenance task that went wrong, bringing some of the server's connectivity down.
