      We are currently experiencing a major infrastructure outage due to a critical server failure. Our team is actively working to recover the service and migrate operations to a new location as quickly as possible. At this time, some data loss may have occurred. We are still assessing the full impact while prioritizing service restoration and data recovery efforts.       Services have been restored in a completely new data center after the critical outage. We are still working to stabilize the system, and some services may remain degraded while this process continues. We have already restored approximately half of the logs, but data from older days may still be missing. A second recovery phase will be performed to recover as much recent data as possible, although some logs from early this morning may be permanently lost. We appreciate your patience while restoration work continues.

Web dashboard (dashboard.bugfender.com) and log ingestion are operating normally. If you notice anything unusual, please contact support. Data recovery: As mentioned earlier, about half of the historical logs have been restored. We will schedule a second recovery phase for the remaining data and share timing on this page once the window is confirmed. Thank you for your patience during this outage!

Older data has been largely restored. However, some log data from earlier today and parts of the weekend still appear to be missing. We are continuing recovery efforts to restore as much remaining data as possible.
