We are aware of an issue where SIEM/EDR agents were intermittently reporting as offline in the dashboard between 2:05 MT and 8:22 MT. The only impact was a potential delay in the application of new SIEM/EDR policies to agents. Agents remained fully connected and were continuing to enforce existing policies as expected. This issue did not affect SASE functionality.

We experienced a brief connectivity disruption to our New York City Point of Presence (PoP) for SASE that lasted approximately 5 minutes due to a connectivity issue with one of our upstream providers. We were able to route around the issue. This only impacted SASE connects to the New York City PoP. All systems are now operating normally, and users should no longer experience any service interruptions. We continue to monitor all systems closely and are working directly with our upstream provider to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

For approximately 5 minutes, tunnels to our Atlanta point of presence (PoP) were inaccessible. During this time, devices running agents would have been unable to reach assets protected by these tunnels. The issue has been resolved. Only tunnels terminating in Atlanta were impacted, and customers with redundant tunnel configurations would not have experienced an outage. We are monitoring the service to ensure continued stability.

Users experiencing this issue are able to log back in without further complications. If you experience an unexpected logout, please log back in to the portal.
