Affected users may experience error "Unable to create/Post Journal entries" when attempting to post entries within the system. We are currently experiencing a partial service disruption impacting Printing Services and Mobile App Services due to an ongoing third-party vendor outage. Our Engineering team is actively engaged with the vendor and is working toward full service restoration. Workaround – Printing Services: Dealerships may download a copy of the document and print it locally using their in-house printer setup. This will help ensure continuity of operations during the disruption. We will continue to share updates as additional information becomes available, including the estimated time for full restoration.

We are aware of the slowness being experienced while accessing the Repair Orders (ROs) and Parts screens. Our Engineering team is actively investigating the issue and working to implement a fix as quickly as possible. We have identified an issue with generating and printing PDFs in Repair Orders. Our Engineering team is actively working on a fix and the estimated resolution time is 90 minutes. Please note that this issue is impacting only a specific set of dealers and is not a platform-wide outage. We appreciate your patience and will provide an update once the issue is resolved. If you are currently able to generate and print Repair Order PDFs without issues, no action is needed on your end.

We are currently investigating an issue that is preventing WA State Zip Codes from returning the proper tax rates. As a workaround please use a Non Washington Zip Code within the Desking screen and manually override the tax rate to return the appropriate tax amount.
