    A platform-wide issue has been identified where the State field in address sections is not generating/populating across multiple modules. Wherever an address with a required State field exists in the system, users are unable to complete the workflow — resulting in a full operational standstill for Deal closings, Repair Orders (RO), Accounting, CRM, and Employee Onboarding.     The Engineering team has successfully identified and resolved the root cause of the State field not populating and "Cannot fetch country code" errors across the platform. The fix has been deployed to Production and fully verified. All affected workflows — including Deal closings, Repair Orders, Accounting, CRM, and Employee Onboarding — have been fully restored and are operating normally.
