    We wanted to give you a heads-up that our carrier partner SEKO is currently experiencing an issue affecting label generation for UK-bound consignments. Some users may encounter errors when attempting to generate labels at this time. SEKO is actively working with their UK carrier to resolve this as quickly as possible. We'll keep you updated as soon as we have a resolution.     We have identified an issue where TGE External Quoting is currently unavailable. According to the Team Global Express technical team, the Rate Enquiry function for all Parcel services—specifically IPEC and Priority—is currently offline. The TGE team is currently working to restore the rate enquiry function. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide an update as soon as service is restored.
