Is Shippit down?

Status : All Services Operational, No impact We’re aware of the recently disclosed critical security vulnerabilities affecting PHP, a language commonly used to build web applications (ACSC advisory). Shippit’s core platform and NowGo are not built on PHP and are not affected. Some of our OMS integrations use PHP. We’ve already put mitigations in place to protect them, and we’ve found no evidence of exploitation or attempted exploitation. There is no impact to orders, shipments or services. No action is needed from customers. Our engineering team will keep monitoring the situation, and we’ll post here if anything changes. We’ve identified an issue affecting orders coming through the PeopleVox (PVX) integration, starting at approximately 3:30am AEDT today. Merchants using PVX may be experiencing failures when orders sync or attempt to book with carriers. Our team is actively investigating the root cause and will share an update as soon as we have more information.

We’re currently experiencing intermittent delays and timeouts when generating shipping quotes for TNT. During this time, TNT may not appear as an available option for some quote requests. This does not affect order processing, other carrier options remain available. We’ve identified the issue as originating from TNT’s systems and have escalated it directly with them. We’ll post an update once we have more information or the issue is resolved.

We are currently experiencing issues with Get it fast carrier Api responses. Over the past 30 minutes, all requests to their API have been failing. We have contacted the GIF team and have requested them on a fix. We will post another update as soon as we have more information.

We're currently investigating an issue affecting Hunter Express and ASCAP shipments. Some merchants may experience delays or failures when booking or manifesting orders with these carriers. This appears to be linked to an ongoing incident with our carrier provider, Transvirtual. We'll provide a further update as soon as we have more information.
