We have identified an issue where TGE External Quoting is currently unavailable. According to the Team Global Express technical team, the Rate Enquiry function for all Parcel services—specifically IPEC and Priority—is currently offline. The TGE team is currently working to restore the rate enquiry function. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide an update as soon as service is restored.
