Hi All, We're aware that quote generation is currently slower than usual, affecting orders across the platform. We've traced the cause to a carrier-side upgrade (TGE) rolled out over the weekend. Order creation and quoting may take longer than normal while this persists. We've identified the source as the TGE upgrade and are working directly with TGE to resolve it.
