We are currently investigating reports of intermittent failures when generating shipping labels. Users may experience an error on their initial attempt to print or generate a label. However, retrying the request (2nd or 3rd attempt) is successfully resolving the issue and generating the label. Our engineering team has identified the root cause within the TGE integration and is actively working on a fix. We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.
