    The SafeNet Trusted Access monitoring system has detected a problem with "Push OTP" for some customers. Symptoms include some users seeing delays or potentially intermittent failures when using the Push service. Please note you can still authenticate by generating OTP manually from your mobile app. The Thales Incident Response Team is actively investigating this problem and will update this incident with additional information as it becomes available.

    The SafeNet Trusted Access monitoring system has detected a potential issue accessing the Admin Consoles. It is still accessible, however, it loads slowly with occasional timeouts. Issues in Admin console may have an impact on your ability to access and manage tokens, users, provisioning, policies, application configuration, and other management operations. The Thales Incident Response Team is actively investigating this problem and will update this incident with additional information as it becomes available.

    The SafeNet Trusted Access Incident Response team has detected and rectified an issue accessing the Admin Consoles, between 19:00 UTC and 20:30 UTC. During this time, there were sporadic and intermittent failures when attempting to access the Admin Console. We have taken corrective actions and resolved the issue. We will close this as the services have been confirmed as available and are stable.
