    We are currently investigating an issue being reported of invoices being emailed to Docs to Process are not showing up.

    We have identified the root cause preventing invoice images from appearing, and we working on deploying a fix.

    A fix has been implemented and we are currently monitoring the results as we continue to see recovery. As we monitor the results, we are working on in recuing the invoice images that have failed to import for all customers.
