    We are aware of an issue with stores using the Frictionless Payments function in the Customer Portal are experiencing issues attempting to add or update customer payment methods. Our team is investigating.

As a workaround in the interim, customers billed through Shopify will be redirected to Shopify to update their details. While the refund is processed successfully on Shopify, and the customers are refunded successfully, the order records in Recharge do not reflect the correct status.     A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. At this time, while 409 errors may still occur, they are self-healing and should resolve themselves with no additional action needed. There has been no change in the increase of 409 errors overall. However, Klaviyo began sending notifications regarding these errors today in order to improve transparency which brought further attention to the errors.
