    We’d like to inform you that there will be an outage to Open Banking services for customers of Royal Bank of Scotland International (RBSI) on 9th August from 07:00 to 17:00 BST. During this outage, customers of RBSI will be unable to use Account Information Services or Payment Initiation Services. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.     We would like to inform you that an issue impacting Open Banking payment (PISP) consent journeys has now been resolved. Between 02:15 and 02:54 BST on 09 May 2026, third-party providers may have experienced elevated failure rates when attempting to complete payment consents across NatWest, Royal Bank, and Ulster Bank. The issue was caused by a infrastructure change, which has been rolled back. Service was fully restored by 02:54 BST, and all impacted components are now operating normally.
