We are retrospectively advising of an incident that is now resolved. We observed File Payment consent failures impacting NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland, Ulster Bank (Northern Ireland). Bankline customers only. This incident impacted all Bankline File Payment journeys between April 10th 2026 (06:30am) and April 13th 2026 (4:30pm).
