DonorPerfect Outage History

We are currently investigating an issue impacting a third-party vendor that may cause the security check on the DonorPerfect login screen to fail. DonorPerfect itself remains fully operational. If you encounter a “security check failed” message during login, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies for the last 7 days. As this has allowed some users to get through the security check. Please note that doing so will also clear your one-time passcode cookie, and you will be prompted to reauthenticate your login. We apologize for the inconvenience and are closely monitoring the status of this issue with our third party vendor. We will keep you updated here!

We are currently investigating an issue where DPMobile is unable to process new gifts within the app. Additionally, we are seeing that new API keys cannot be generated at this time. Our team is actively working to identify the root cause, and we will continue to provide updates here as more information becomes available.
