Status: Investigating For fastest manual recovery, we still recommend updating your own DNS records manually: CNAME `accounts.` -> `worker.clerkprod-cloudflare.net` CNAME `clerk.` -> `worker.clerkprod-cloudflare.net` We also have updated our nameservers to resolve to a fallback DNS provider, though we are observing that propagation is still underway. Once resolution occurs through either approach, most of Clerk's service will recover, but email-based authentication will still encounter validation issues. Status: Investigating Our metrics have indicated that for a small percentage of customers, Apple mail services (any email with @icloud.com or @me.com) are consistently blocking emails sent from Clerk or marking them as spam. We have not seen any pattern around why this happens to some customers and not others, and have no information around why Apple is blocking emails. This appears to apply only to Apple email addresses, not email addresses from any other provider.
