We are experiencing degraded performance with our Marketplace UI and Cint Exchange platform and the corresponding Supply, Demand and Respondent APIs. Clients using Notch redirect security in Cint Exchange and Marketplace may see high drop rates when redirecting from the client survey back to Cint. To avoid respondent churn and the need to perform large reconciliations, it is recommended that you pause projects where notch is the encryption type. Our team is actively investigating the problem and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates as we have them.

We faced an issue with our Feed - Opportunities product wherein users might have encountered errors while creating a subscription, getting messages about new survey opportunities as well as updates to existing survey opportunities. The issue occurred between 20:00 UTC and 21:35 UTC on June 14th, 2025. We identified that a recent deployment caused the Feed - Opportunities system to experience degraded performance. Once we identified the issue, we quickly rolled back to the previous working version of the code. Services were restored shortly after the rollback. Messages of new survey opportunities and message updates to existing opportunities might have been delayed but eventually delivered to the users once the issue got resolved.
