We are currently investigating an issue due to which users might be getting intermittent errors while accessing pages of some of our platforms (Marketplace UI, Cint Exchange UI and Impact Measurement UI) or attempting to login to those platforms. It is being actively investigated and we will keep you posted with further updates.

We are continuing to investigate this issue and our team is actively working with an upstream service provider to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. In the meantime, the recommendation to mitigate the issue is to try clearing cookies and re-attempting login to our platforms, which appears to be allowing some users to login successfully. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

A fix has been implemented and we are observing the results. We have noted that the error rate for the services involved is decreasing and more users are now able to access our platforms successfully. We will continue to monitor and will keep you posted with further updates.
