We are currently investigating an issue where users are unable to access their accounts. After entering their login credentials, users are redirected to an error page displaying the message “Looks like something has gone wrong” instead of being logged into the dashboard. This behavior is preventing users from accessing the Yotpo dashboard and other account-related functionalities. Further investigation is ongoing to identify the root cause and implement a fix.
