However, any failed order or customer processing API calls will need to be retried once service is restored. Shopify webhook deliveries that fail during this window should also be retried automatically by Shopify. Our engineering team is monitoring the situation and will post an update when we have more information or when service is restored.

We are currently investigating an issue where earning rules restricted by segments are not awarding points as expected. We have identified degraded performance affecting Loyalty Points Reminder and Loyalty Redemption Reminder emails and events since 26 June 2026. Some merchants using external ESPs (including Klaviyo) may not be receiving these reminder events as expected. Our R&D team is actively investigating, and we will post updates here as more information becomes available.
