    Overall Description of the issue and Affected Services: The Yotpo endpoint for fetching reviews and the on-site widgets is experiencing issues with showing the reviews. Business Impact: The Yotpo endpoint for fetching reviews might have failed with a request timeout error and the onsite review widget is failing to show the reviews.     Our teams have identified that the issue also impacts the Email Status Dashboard, which may fail to load any data.
