    We’re experiencing an outage affecting some of our services. Some inbound payments aren’t showing on members’ timelines – they’re held in a queue, and will appear when the issue is resolved. Some outbound payments are successfully being debited from members’ accounts, but are showing as pending and are currently held in a queue. They will be received by the recipient once this is resolved. Please don’t repeat any payments for the time being. We’re very sorry for the disruption, and we’ll keep you updated on this page.     What’s happening: January monthly statements, which are usually available in the app by 4 February, are taking longer than expected. As a result, some members may not yet see their January statement in the Tide app and on Tide on the web. Your January statement has not been missed or lost. It will become available in the app once generated. What you can do in the meantime: You can manually generate statements for your Business Current Accounts in-app or on Tide on the web. Go to: ‘Payments’ > ‘Details’ > ‘Statements and documents’ > ‘Account statements’ > select a ‘Custom Date Range’ for your document. You can’t manually generate statements for a Tide Instant Saver Account. If you need a statement urgently, tap ‘Support’ in the app and we’ll help you We’re resolving this: Our team is working to complete all statement generation as quickly as possible – please check back here for updates.     We’re currently looking into an issue affecting the Xero integration connectivity for some members. What’s happening Some members may not be able to connect or reconnect their Tide accounts to Xero. In some cases, the connection may appear successful but then stop working. Some members may also notice that transaction data isn’t syncing, even though the account shows as connected. What’s next You don’t need to do anything. We’ll update this page when the issue is resolved. If you have an urgent query, tap ‘Support’ in the app and we’ll help you.

    What you can do If you need to have your transaction data in Xero urgently, you can manually export it in a CSV file and import it in Xero. In the app, tap: Payments > View more under the last transaction. Filter the data and tap Share > Standard > Cleared only, then import into Xero.     Issue resolved: Outbound transfer fees Outbound transfers are going through at the normal 20p fee. Any payments that were attempted with the extra fee haven’t gone through – they’ll be automatically rejected. Thanks for your patience while we were fixing this.
